its just a plastic ball with a metal inside that looks like its not rolling when in fact it is.

what they dont tell u is that the people that do it on t.v. has been doing that for YEARS.

they didnt just pick up the ball and start. much like real juggling it takes a lot of time and practice



if u havnt noticed. i hate those commercials cause they act like it has a anti gravity thing in it or something to try and get people to buy thier balls
